Kelly Smith '98 Promoted to Partner at SmithAmundsen

Kelly J. Smith, a 1998 graduate of DePauw University, has been promoted to partner at law firm of SmithAmundsen. 

Based in Indianapolis, she is a patent attorney and member of the intellectual property practice group. Smith assists clients with patent opinions, patent prosecution and patent litigation, along with multiple other intellectual property issues.

A computer science major and political science minor at DePauw, Smith designed and developed software before practicing patent law.

She is a member of the Morgan County Rural Water Corporation and American Intellectual Property Law Association.
