March 4, 2015

Amy K. Sorrells, a 1994 graduate of DePauw University, is the author of Then Sings My Soul. The novel has just been published by David C. Cook.

"Flashing back between the present and Jakob’s past, Sorrells stitches together a beautiful story of family and belief that illustrates the importance of closure and the peace derived from faith," notes Library Journal. "Recommended for readers interested in realistic fiction in the style of Kate Breslin, Kristy Cambron, and Chris Bohjalian."
