CNBC Analyst Tim Tindall '89 to Speak on Markets and Media

November 12, 2000, Greencastle, Ind. - The Media Fellows program at DePauw University welcomes Tim Tindall to campus this Thursday the 30th at 7:30 p.m. in the Watson Forum in the Pulliam Center for Contemporary Media. His talk is titled: "CBNC: Market Maker or Breaker?" It will focus on the role that CNBC, the cable television network that focuses on business and the financial markets, has played in shaping and re-defining the behavior of the US markets and investors.
Tindall, a 1989 DePauw graduate, is currently a reporter and financial analyst for CNBC. Previously he has held positions as a producer for NBC desktop news, Wall Street Journal Television, and the Monitor Channel.
The event is free and open to the public.
