Former DePauw Coach To Share 'Big Dance' Experience On WGRE

March 20, 2001, Greencastle, Ind. - Royce Waltman, who led the Indiana State Sycamores into the NCAA Men's Basketball Tournament this month, and who was DePauw University's head basketball coach from 1987 through 1992, will appear on the WGRE program The Sports Reporters on Wednesday night.

Royce Waltman posted a 100-37 record (a .730 winning percentage) in his five years as DPU's head coach, including a 24-7 mark in the 1989-90 season. Besides DePauw and ISU, Waltman's resume includes a head coaching stint at the University of Indianapolis, and serving as an assistant to Bob Knight at Indiana University.
