Senior Rebecca Hedge Receives Walker Cup

[DOWNLOAD VIDEO: "Winner Announced" 1300KB] DePauw University senior Rebecca Jo Hedge was presented with the Walker Cup at DePauw's academic awards convocation tonight. The Walker Cup recognizes the senior student judged to have contributed the most to the University during his or her four-year college career. The award was presented by DePauw University President Robert G. Bottoms.
[DOWNLOAD AUDIO: "The Winner's Accomplishments" 684KB] Hedge was cited for her academic excellence, and for her many leadership roles on campus, and in service to her community. She co-chaired the record-
setting 2001 Putnam County Relay For Life. Per tradition, as the recipient of the Walker Cup, Hedge will speak at DePauw's commencement ceremony, Sunday, May 19.
