Prof. Fred Soster to Present Research to Geological Society of America

October 22, 2002, Greencastle, Ind. - Frederick M. Soster, professor of geology and chair of the department of geology and geography at DePauw University, will make a presentation at the 114th annual meeting of the Geological Society of America, to take place October 27-30 at the Colorado Convention Center in Denver, Colorado. Dr. Soster will discuss his research of sedimentation rates on the Soda Butte Creek Floodplain in Yellowstone National Park, which was conducted with colleagues in the department of geological sciences at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland and the department of chemistry at Northern Arizona University.
