William Clyde '78 Appointed Dean of Robert Morris University School of Business

April 30, 2003, Greencastle, Ind. - William C. Clyde, a 1978 graduate of DePauw University, has been appointed Dean of the School of Business at Robert Morris University, the Pittsburgh Business Times reports today. The article notes that "Mr. Clyde received his bachelor's degree from DePauw University, a master's degree from New York University and his doctoral degree in economics from Edinburgh University in Scotland." He will assume his new job this summer.

The story also states that Clyde "had been a finance professor at Quinnipiac University in Hamden, Connecticut, where he also served as the first dean of the school's academic technology center. Quinnipiac is known for its polling institute, which conducts surveys on politics and issues of public concern that are frequently cited by journalists, public officials and researchers."
