John Yarger '89 Named President and CEO of North American Signs

July 16, 2003, Greencastle, Ind. - John M. Yarger, a 1989 graduate of DePauw University, has been promoted to president and chief executive officer of
North American Signs Inc. Previously executive vice president, Yarger will
be responsible for achieving the growth and profit goals of the company as
well as for providing corporate leadership and maintaining key customer
relationships.
Yarger began working for North American Signs during the summers throughout high school and college. The South Bend Tribune states that Yarger "provided
marketing and sales support for Heritage Environmental Services Inc. after
graduating from DePauw University, Greencastle, Indiana, in 1989, and then
worked for the Indiana University Technology Transfer Office, marketing
professors' inventions.
He received his JD/MBA from Indiana University
Bloomington in 1995. In 1996, Yarger returned to North American Signs, where
he served as manager of the variance department... then as management coordinator and general counsel for the
firm."
