Indianapolis Star Previews Friday's Guarneri String Quartet Concert

guarneri.jpgOctober 26, 2004, Greencastle, Ind. - "The Guarneri String Quartet will play the regional premiere of contemporary American composer Richard Danielpour's String Quartet No. 5 at 7:30 p.m. Friday in DePauw University Performing Arts Center's Kresge Auditorium, 600 S. Locust St., Greencastle," notes today's Indianapolis Star. The quartet, subtitled "In Search of 'La Vita Nuova' " (or "The New Life"), was co-commissioned by DePauw and Friends of Music Concerts in Sleepy Hollow, New York."
