12th-ranked Tigers lose at fifth-ranked Wheaton

Fifth-ranked Wheaton scored three first-half goals on the way to a 3-1 victory over 12th-ranked and visiting DePauw. The Tigers dropped to 7-4 on the season, while Wheaton improved to 9-1-2.
Jennifer Binger opened the scoring for the hosts on an assist from Laura Koontz at 13:37 and then came right back with an unassisted goal at 15:08. Erin Wingerter added an unassisted score at 30:08 to push the score to 3-0.
Emily Hakeman scored the Tigers' lone goal at 57:10 on an assist from Kate Nickols at 57:10.
Wheaton held a 16-4 advantage in shots, while each team totaled six corners.
