DePauw's allotment of Monon Bell tickets on sale October 27

GREENCASTLE, Ind. - The sale of DePauw's allotment of 3,500 tickets for this year's Monon Bell game at Wabash begins on Wednesday, October 27, in the athletic department offices on the second floor of the Lilly Center. Kickoff for the 111th meeting between the two schools and the 73rd for possession of the Monon Bell is set for 1:05 p.m. on Saturday, November 13.

 

Tickets, which are $10, may be purchased in person or over the phone with a credit card by calling 1-800-446-5295. All tickets sold by DePauw are for seating on the DePauw side.

 

All sales will take place between 8:30 a.m. and 4 p.m. No orders will be accepted prior to October 27 nor will orders be processed on Saturdays or Sundays. Additionally, there will be no will call for DePauw tickets.

 

"As is the case every year, I can't stress enough how important it is to purchase tickets early as they will sell out," DePauw director of athletics Page Cotton said.

 

This year's game will be televised locally by WHMB (Channel 40 in Indianapolis) and nationally on DirecTV on channel 321. For more information on the telecast please see the July story.

 

Wabash leads the all-time series 51-50-9, while DePauw leads in games played for the Monon Bell by a 34-32-6 count.
