Women's basketball climbs again in both national polls; back in top 10 of coaches' poll

February 8, 2005, Greencastle, Ind. - The 18-3 DePauw women's basketball team moved up in both national polls after winning its only game last week, a 79-60 decision at Rose-Hulman.

DePauw moved up four spots to 10th in the USA Today/ESPN/WBCA Top 25 Coaches' Poll and up two places to 14th in the D3hoops.com Top 25 poll.

The University of Scranton is the new number one team in the coaches' poll, while Bates College is the new top-ranked squad by D3hoops.com.

The Tigers, winners of six straight, travel to Oglethorpe on Friday, February 11, for a 6 p.m. SCAC contest that can be heard live on WGRE. Back
