Tigers remain unbeaten in SCAC with 1-0 win

October 7, 2005, Greencastle, Ind. - DePauw improved to 5-4 overall and 2-0 in the Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference following a 1-0 win over visiting Southwestern. The Pirates slipped to 4-4 overall and 1-2 in the SCAC with the loss.

Mary Beth Robinson scored the game's lone goal at 75:00 on a header with the assist coming from Maurenn Mohan.

DePauw outshot Southwestern 13-2 and held a 7-2 advantage in corners. Brooke Shipley posted the shutout and recorded one save. Eryn Snyder totaled five saves for Southwestern.

The Tigers host second-ranked Trinity on Sunday at 11 a.m.
