Melinda Colbert '04 Joins Political Action Group as Fundraising Coordinator

December 30, 2005, Greencastle, Ind. - Melinda R. Colbert, a 2004 DePauw University graduate, is joining the political affairs staff of the Indiana Business for Responsive Government (IBRG), the political action arm of the Indiana Chamber. IBRG monitors state legislator elections and issues candidate endorsements and is the largest state chamber political action committee in the country.

Colbert's new role is fundraising coordinator, reports Inside Indiana Business. "Colbert hails from Tipton and graduated in 2004 from DePauw University. Prior to joining the Chamber, Colbert was a legislative assistant for the Indiana Senate."
