Only Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology, which won 11 consecutive championships from 1979 to 1989, has a better run of men’s track titles in league history.

Stoffregen, who earned 2005 SCAC Coach of the Year honors in both men's and women's cross country, has earned nine such honors in men's and women's track which is the most of any former or current track and field coach in SCAC history.
