America Kresge 1979.jpgSeptember 30, 1979, Greencastle, Ind. - The group America performed at DePauw University's Kresge Auditorium tonight, offering "a solid, well-rounded performance," according to reviewer Gavin Smith of The DePauw. "The concert hall's acoustics and superb seating design promoted an intimate atmosphere for the show. The concert could be easily seen and heard from any seat in the house, giving a sensation of being in the same room as America."

The band opened the program with the song Riverside, notes the student newspaper account, in a set that included America's smash hits, I Need You, Sandman, Sister Golden Hair, A Horse With No Name, and the new single, All My Life.
