3-1 Tigers host Sewanee in 100th Old Gold Day game

October 5, 2006, Greencastle, Ind. - DePauw returns to Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference football action on Saturday when it hosts Sewanee in the 100th Old Gold Day contest.

The Tigers are 3-1 overall after last week's 31-6 win at the University of Chicago, while Sewanee is 2-3 overall and 0-1 in the SCAC following last Saturday's 14-0 loss at Centre. DePauw is also 0-1 in SCAC play. Kickoff at Blackstock Stadium in the battle of the Tigers is scheduled for 1:30 p.m.
