Men's Basketball Team Wins Rokicki Challenge; Women Play for Hasbrook Tourney Crown Today

November 26, 2006, Greencastle, Ind. - "In the title game (of the Mike Rokicki Community Versus Cancer Challenge), host DePauw defeated Ohio Wesleyan, 85-79," reports today's Pantagraph of Bloomington, Illinois. "Austin Brown led DePauw (3-1) with 23 points and Mike Moore had 15... Brown was named the tournament Most Valuable Player" and to the all-tournament team, along with DePauw's Stephen Schott.
Meanwhile, in women's basketball, "Denison opposes DePauw in the championship game" of the Amy Hasbrook Memorial Tournament 
at the Lilly Center at 4 p.m. today, notes the Terre Haute Tribune-Star. The Tigers roared to an 89-33 victory over the College of St. Elizabeth in the opener of the tourney Saturday. Emily Marshall led a balanced DePauw attack with 11 points.
