Contributions of Pair to Basketball Teams' Strong Starts Noted

mcdonald.jpgDecember 13, 2006, Greencastle, Ind. - "Northwest Indiana standouts are producing points for DePauw's Tigers, who are off to a 6-1 start in men's and women's basketball," DSC_0662.jpgreports the Gary Post-Tribune. "Wheeler grad Matt McDonald leads the Tigers in blocked shots and is averaging 9.6 points and six rebounds." John Mutka adds, "Cassie Pruzin (Crown Point) boosted her average to 8.6 points with a high of 17 points in a 90-60 romp at Monmouth. The sophomore guard knocked down five threes, giving her a sizzling season total of 11 for 21 from the arc."
