Tim Feemster '68 Appointed Sr. VP at Grubb & Ellis Company

January 8, 2007, Greencastle, Ind. - Timothy S. Feemster, a 1968 graduate of DePauw University, has been appointed senior vice president, national director of global logistics, transaction services, at Grubb & Ellis Company (NYSE: GBE). The company, a leading provider of integrated real estate services, announced the appointment today.
"Tim brings the right combination of global logistics, supply chain and warehouse experience to this position," says Phil Royster, executive vice president, transaction services. "Logistics has become a global business that has transformed the industrial real estate sector and we believe that having someone with Tim's expertise will allow us to expand the resources we provide to our industrial brokers and, ultimately, better serve our clients."
The company's announcement states, "Feemster, 60, has more than 30 years of experience in global logistics and supply chain as both a user and third party provider. As national director of Grubb & Ellis' logistics practice, he will be responsible for executing Grubb & Ellis' industrial strategy on a national level as well as client service, business development and recruiting... Feemster joins Grubb & Ellis from Menlo Worldwide, the logistics management subsidiary of Con-way Inc., where as director of operations he was responsible for the performance management and operations of 19 facilities in Texas and throughout the Southeast. Prior to joining Menlo Worldwide in 1993, he founded Foremost Quality Logistics, Inc."
