angie hicks.jpgFebruary 14, 2007, Greencastle, Ind. - "Spending the time to be creative or tailoring a gift to what your loved one will want will probably be the most appreciated" Valentine's Day gift, says Angie Hicks, founder of Angie's List. The story by Julie Young, headlined "Practical(ly) perfect Valentine's gifts," notes, "A recent poll by Angie's List, an online service where consumers exchange information on goods and services, found that half of men and women don't care how much a gift costs as long as it's meaningful."
