DePauw Drops Double Overtime Decision at Southwestern

October 21, 2007, Georgetown, Texas - Southwestern's Amy Douglas delivered the game-winning goal at 102:45 and defeated DePauw 2-1. The Tigers dropped to 5-11 overall and 3-4 in the Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference, while the Pirates improved to 11-4 overall and 5-1 in the SCAC.

Emily Petrus gave DePauw a 1-0 lead with an unassisted goal at 19:19 before Andi Miller tied the contest at 1-1 with her score at 51:09.

Southwestern outshot DePauw 16-10 and held a 7-4 edge in corners. Brooke Shipley recorded eight saves for the Tigers, while Eryn Snyder totaled four for the Pirates.

DePauw hosts Austin College on Friday evening at 7:30 p.m.
