Women's National Aquatic Forum Honors Prof. Mary Lou Miller

Mary L Miller 1.jpgJanuary 10, 1973, Greencastle, Ind. - Mary Lou Miller, professor of physical education at DePauw University, is one of eight women to be made an honorary life member of the Women's National Aquatic Forum. Miller was honored at the organization's thirty-third annual meeting in Pompano Beach, Florida.

Professor Miller has served as general chairman, program chairman and secretary of the Forum. She also has been a member of the advisory board for six years, and currently is the representative to the Forum from the Division of Girls and Womens Sports.

The Women's National Aquatic Forum was started in 1936. All phases of aquatics are covered and members represent the United States, Canada and Mexico.
