Kelly Johnson '01 Named a Market President of Wachovia Bank

February 8, 2008, Greencastle, Ind. - Kelly J. Johnson, a 2001 graduate of DePauw University, has been appointed market president of Wachovia Bank in Henderson and Transylvania counties. "Johnson will oversee customer service, lending, deposit gathering and sales for the bank," reports North Carolina's Hendersonville Times-News.
The newspaper adds, "Johnson brings more than nine years of experience in the financial services industry to her new role and most recently served as an area commerciallender for Macon Bank. Prior to joining Macon Bank, Johnson was a commercial banker with First Citizens, serving the Hendersonville and Asheville markets. Johnson earned a B.A. degree from DePauw University and an M.B.A. from the University of Iowa."
