Men Take 11th Place and All-American Honors at NCAA Swimming & Diving Championships

mens swim December 2004.jpgApril 1, 2008, Greencastle, Ind. - At the NCAA Division III swimming & diving championships in Oxford, Ohio over the weekend, DePauw University's "(Josh) Baugh was part of the 400-yard freestyle relay team (John Cook, Steve Klabak and Rob Alexander) that finished fifth with a school-record time of 3 minutes, 2.41 seconds, good for All-America honors," reports today's edition of the Times of Frankfort, Indiana. "Baugh became the first swimmer in school history to be an All-American as a freshman. As a team, the Tigers finished in 11th place with 126 points." 

The newspaper adds, "Cook placed seventh in the 100 freestyle (45.24) and Alexander 11th (45.49). Six school records were broken during the meet."DePauw Logo White.jpg
