Prof. Mark Kelley '79 Receives New Appointment at IU School of Medicine

Kelley, a 1979 graduate of DePauw University, has been appointed Betty and Earl Herr Professor of Pediatric Oncology Research at the Indiana University School of Medicine. The Indianapolis Star notes, "Kelley also serves as associate director for the Herman B Wells Center for Pediatric Research and associate director for basic science research at the Indiana University Melvin and Bren Simon Cancer Center. In addition, he is a biochemistry, molecular biology, pharmacology and toxicology professor."

The item adds that Dr. Kelley is "a member of the American Association for the Advancement of Science, American Association for Cancer Research, Environmental Mutagen Society, Society for Pediatric Research and American Society of Clinical Oncology."
