The Majors enter Saturday's game ranked 13th by d3football.com and 14th in the American Football Coaches Association poll. DePauw is receiving votes in this week's coaches' poll.

The Tigers are off to their second straight 3-0 start and just the second in the last 23 seasons after defeating Sewanee, 27-20, last Saturday. The victory was the Tigers' seventh straight dating back to a home loss to Trinity on October 13, 2007, which equals the second longest current streak in Division III.

With four wins in its first four contests, Millsaps is off to its best start since 1996. The Majors have won both SCAC contests and are coming off a 49-2 win at Rhodes last Saturday.

DePauw leads the series, 9-5, after Millsaps took a 35-17 win in Greencastle last year. The two schools met for a four-year series from 1991-94 prior to DePauw beginning SCAC play in 1998. DePauw won the first eight SCAC meetings before the Majors captured the last two including a 31-7 win in Jackson in 2006.

Saturday's contest can be heard on WGRE (91.5 FM) and a complete set of game notes is available for download as is the annual DePauw football guide.
