Butler Hoops Coach Brad Stevens '99 Celebrates Win by DePauw Roommate Matt Walker '99

Brad Stevens News Conf.jpgNovember 16, 2008, Greencastle, Ind. - Brad Stevens, head men's basketball coach for Butler University, saw his team open the 2008-09 season with a 58-48 victory at Drake, notes this morning's Indianapolis Star. David Woods writes, "Saturday was a doubly big day for Stevens, a DePauw alumnus who roomed in college with current football coach Matt Walker. DePauw upset No. 2-ranked Wabash 36-14 in the Monon Bell game."

Stevens (pictured at top left) and Walker (seen below) are both 1999 graduates of the University.
