Tigers Top Colorado College for Seventh Straight Win

January 18, 2009, Greencastle, Ind. — DePauw scored the game's first eight points and never trailed on the way to a 76-44 Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference win over visiting Colorado College.
The host Tigers improved to 12-4 overall and 5-1 in the conference with their seventh straight win, while Colorado College dropped to 2-13 overall and 1-6 in the conference.
DePauw jumped out to a 21-3 lead on the way to a 43-14 haltime advantage and the guests got no closer than 29 the rest of the way.
Mike Moore and Steve Lemasters (pictured) each scored 14, while Tom Callen added 10 in the win. Callen also grabbed a game-high nine rebounds as DePauw held a 46-20 edge on the boards. Tony James paced DePauw with four assists and four steals.
Lance Jacobs led Colorado College with 13 points, while Jarrell Sweet added 11. Brady Ohlsen led the way with four assists.
DePauw shot 45.1 percent for the game and hit 8-of-21 three-pointers, while Colorado College shot just 28 percent.
