DePauw Advances to Fifth Straight SCAC Women's Tennis Title Match; Plays for Second Straight Title on Sunday

scac-tennis 2009 logo_400x368_72dpi.jpgApril 25, 2009, North Little Rock, Ark. —  The 12th-ranked Tigers improved to 15-8 and advanced to the Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference championship match for the fifth straight year after a 9-0 semifinal win over 30th-ranked Rhodes. The Lynx dropped to 14-3 with the loss.

DePauw swept the doubles matches before taking all six singles matches in straight sets.

The Tigers go after their second straight SCAC title tomorrow morning when they take on 22nd-ranked Trinity at 8 a.m. CDT.
