Tiger Women Finish NCAA Golf Championships in 11th Place Tie

May 17, 2009, Greencastle, Ind. — DePauw University finished tied for 11th place at the NCAA Division III women's golf tournament, which took place this weekend in Port St. Lucie, Florida. Iowa's Waterloo-Cedar Falls Courier notes that the Tigers tied with Olivet as each shot a team score of 1,321 over four days. Methodist claimed its 10th straight team title with a 1,257.
DePauw's Natalie Gough (pictured) led the Tiger golfers with a 330 and was tied for 36th, while Erin Kielty finished in a tie for 45th with a 332.
