He led the Indiana Basketball Hall of Fame board during its search for a new executive director, culminating in June 23 announcement that Chris May, a member of DePauw's Class of 2004, was taking the position.
The Indiana Basketball Hall of Fame was established in 1962, opening a museum in New Castle in 1990. Its purpose is to honor those high school basketball players and coaches who gained fame on the hardwoods of Indiana and in subsequent years have reflected honor upon themselves.
