Tim Olson '68 Joins Jones Lang LaSalle as VP

Olson, a 1968 graduate of DePauw University, has been appointed senior vice president of business development in Jones Lang LaSalle's retail division in Atlanta. In his new role, he will be responsible for client relationship management with existing and prospective clients seeking retail services throughout the country.

"His impressive real estate background includes a comprehensive knowledge of shopping center management, operations, finance and accounting. His experience, reputation and strong work ethic will be extremely valuable for current and prospective clients."

"A 32-year retail industry veteran, Olson most recently served as president of the management division at Urban Retail Properties LLC and regional manager for the Southern Retail Management Group," notes an announcement. "He is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and holds the Certified Shopping Center Manager (CSM) designation. He is a Certified Property Manager (CPM), a designation earned from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). Additionally, Olson is a licensed real estate broker in Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Colorado and Oklahoma."
