Scott Ullem '89 Formally Named VP & CFO at Bemis

92436May 6, 2010, Greencastle, Ind. — Bemis Company, Inc. (NYSE: BMS) announced today that its board of directors has elected Scott B. Ullem, a 1989 DePauw University graduate, as the company's vice president and chief financial officer. The elections were in accordance with the company's succession plan that was approved by the board and announced February 4, 2010.

Ullem joined Bemis in 2008 as vice president of finance. He previously served as co-head of diversified industries in Bank of America's Global Corporate & Investment Banking Division and  spent 14 years at Goldman Sachs in New York and Chicago.

A political science major at DePauw, Scott Ullem later earned a master's degree in business administration from Harvard Business School. He is a former member of DePauw's Board of Visitors.
