Tigers Place Six on All-SCAC Women's Soccer Squad

November 17, 2010, Greencastle, Ind. — In voting by the conference's head coaches, DePauw placed six players on the all-Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference Women's Soccer Team.
Junior forward Alexandra Ehr (Rolling Meadows, Ill./William Fremd) earned first team honors for the second straight year after leading the team with 16 total points. Ehr (pictured left) was second in both goals and assists with six and four, respectively.
Joining her on the first team was sophomore midfielder Dana Sprague (Dhahran, Saudi Arabia/Cushing Academy). Sprague (pictured right) who tied for second with 15 points and led the team with seven goals.
Junior defender Lauren Hannan (Overland Park, Kan./Shawnee Mission South) was named to the second team after earning third team honors last year. Hannan helped lead the defense to seven shutouts and also assisted on a goal. Freshman midfielder Angela Cotherman (Lake Forest, Ill./Brewster Academy, N.H.) also earned second team honors after scoring three goals and assisting on one.
Sophomore defender Emily White (Bloomington, Ill./Bloomington) earned a spot on the third team after a second team selection last year. In addition to helping the Tigers allow just 22 goals in 17 games, White also scored a goal and assisted on another. Senior goalkeeper Lauren Palfrey (Weston, Fla./St. Thomas Aquinas) also was selected to the third team. She started all 17 games and posted a 1.21 goals against average with three shutouts.
As a team, the Tigers posted a 10-7 record and finished in a tie for third in the final SCAC standings. DePauw recorded seven shutouts as a team.Back
