Steve Ritter '77 Authors Team Clock: A Guide to Breakthrough Teams

99761March 17, 2010, Greencastle, Ind. — Steve Ritter, a 1977 graduate of DePauw University, is the author of Team Clock: A Guide to Breakthrough Teams. The book "provides a concise and powerful approach for creating breakthrough teams," according to a synopsis.

A former senior vice president, director of human resources at 99762Leaders Bank, Ritter -- who was a psychology major at DePauw -- provides ongoing workplace culture consultation to many companies including Kraft, Advocate Health Care, and Northwestern Mutual Financial Network. He also serves on the faculty of Elmhust College in Illinois.
