Kay Pashos '81 Joins Ice Miller LLP

November 8, 2011, Greencastle, Ind. — Kay E. Pashos, a 1981 graduate of DePauw University, has joined Ice Miller LLP as senior partner.  She brings more than 20 years of state and federal energy and utility regulatory experience to the law firm, having previously served as vice president of regulatory affairs and deputy general counsel at Alliant Energy Corporation and vice president of regulatory strategy for Duke Energy's U.S. Franchised Electric and Gas organization.

At Ice Miller, Pashos will focus on energy and utility regulation, where she will advise and represent regulated utilities before state and federal utility regulatory commissions.

She graduated cum laude from DePauw with a Bachelor of Arts in political science. She received her juris doctorate from Northwestern University School of Law.

The appointment is noted in today's Indianapolis Star.
