September 28, 2011, Greencastle, Ind. — Jack W. Wiley, founder and executive director of the Kenexa Research Institute and 1974 graduate of DePauw University, is author of Strategic Employee Surveys: Evidence-based Guidelines for Driving Organizational Success.
"This book does not get bogged down in statistical analyses, yet it features a healthy mix of the theoretical and the practical that works for the novice and the experienced survey program manager alike," says Thomas E. Mitchell, vice president of Northern Trust Company.
Dr. Wiley, who majored in business administration and psychology at DePauw, is a pioneer in linkage research. The Kenexa Research Institute is a division of Kenexa, a global provider of business solutions for human resources. Prior to joining Kenexa, Wiley founded and served as the CEO of Gantz Wiley Research, a survey consulting firm that achieved industry leading status for both thought leadership and client retention.
