#12 DePauw Women Top #11 Washington

St. Louis, Mo. - In a battle of nationally-ranked teams. 12th-ranked DePauw won four of the six singles matches and took a 5-4 win at 11th-ranked Washington University. Both teams are now 13-6.

DePauw's Elizabeth Young and Caroline Emhardt defeated Paige Madara and Betsy Edershile by an 8-1 score at number three doubles for the Tigers' lone doubles point.

The Tigers then picked up the win by taking singles victories at the number two, four, five and six slots.

DePauw hosts Denison tomorrow at 11 a.m. in the final North Coast Athletic Conference regular season match.
