Four Tigers Collect All-NCAC Gridiron Honors; Wagner Named to First Team

Greencastle, Ind. - Four DePauw student-athletes were named to all-North Coast Athletic Conference Football teams in voting by the league's head coaches.

Senior Taylor Wagner (Carmel, Ind./Carmel) was the Tigers' lone first team selection as he earned a spot as a return specialist. Wagner returned 16 kickoffs for an average of 24.2 yards including an 86-yard return for a score against Ohio Wesleyan. He also was on the receiving end of 14 punts for a 6.1-yard average.

Wagner finished his DePauw career ranked seventh with 870 kickoff return yards and fourth with 652 punt return yards and returned two of each for touchdowns during his four seasons. A preseason all-America selection, Wagner is scheduled to compete in the D3Senior Classic Bowl on December 7.

Earning honorable mention were junior wide receiver Nikko Sansone (St. Louis, Mo./St. Louis University HS), senior left tackle Christopher Lamping (Fort Wayne, Ind./South Side) and junior defensive tackle Patrick Keller (Acworth, Ga./Harrison).
