January 21, 2013
RICS Software, which is led by "serial entrepreneur" and 1975 DePauw University graduate David Becker, is among "5 Indy tech startups to watch in 2013," according to the Indianapolis Star. "It may not be a startup, technically, but RICS software recently underwent a significant overhaul when it was purchased by David Becker. The company recently received $1.2 million from HALO Capital Group in Indianapolis, a Central Indiana angel investment group he founded," the newspaper reports.
The piece quotes Jason Becker, the company's chief operating officer, who is a 2004 graduate of DePauw.
