Fourth-ranked Tigers Win Second Tournament of the Fall; Gooch is Medalist for Second Time

Notre Dame, Ind. - Paced by Paige Gooch's medalist performance, fourth-ranked DePauw collected its second team title in three tries this season when it shot a 626 on the Warren Golf Course to win the O'Brien National Invitational by 21 strokes over Olivet.

Gooch shot a 151 including a 72 in today's second and final round to collect her second tourney title this year. Sheinner Gerongay finished in a tie for fourth after shooting a 157, while Kelsey Smith was eighth with a 159.

Alexandria Ramirez finished in a tie for ninth with a 160 and Abby Dickey was tied for 21st at 168.

DePauw returns to action on September 28-29 when it hosts the DePauw Small College Classic.
