Charles "Rip" Tilden, a partner with Makarios Consulting LLC and 1975 graduate of DePauw University, has joined the board of directors of Andesa Services.  Founded as Andesa Companies in 1983, the company bills itself as "a pioneer in the field of corporate-owned life insurance and bank-owned life insurance policy administration."

"Andesa was seeking an individual to join our board who could contribute strategic value to our employee-centric culture and governance processes," says John Walker, founder and chairman of Andesa. "We are extremely pleased to welcome Rip to the Andesa board, and are confident that his integrity, deep experience, and broad insights will provide valuable guidance as we work to capitalize on our company's strong customer relationships and industry-leading technology."

"I am honored to have the opportunity to serve on the Andesa board," says Tilden, who was a Rector Scholar and history and English double-major at DePauw and was active at student radio station WGRE. "Andesa is a unique company, with an incredibly strong track record of success bringing innovative solutions to insurance-industry clients. The management team and board are passionate about helping clients grow and helping the employee team grow. I will do all I can to contribute to their success in the coming years."
