Scott Storrer '89 Joins Affinity eSolutions as Co-CEO & President

Scott A. Storrer, a 1989 graduate of DePauw University, has been appointed co-chief executive officer and president of Affinity eSolutions.  He comes to the post from Strand Life Sciences, where he was Global CEO and president.

Affinity eSolutions empowers both commercial and government customers through development of enterprise-level web-based applications and community portals that streamline and support information gathering, data management, decision-making, and reporting processes. In his new role, "Storrer will focus his efforts on the expansion of Affinity's healthcare division and the division's globally-administered flagship product -- its online drug and alcohol compliance monitoring solution," notes an announcement.

"Scott brings to Affinity deep, diverse, and innovative experience in leading and growing healthcare businesses," says John Steacy, founder and chief executive officer of AffinityEAST COLLEGE TOWER hdr eSolutions. "Scott is a hands-on leader with strong international experience and a proven track record of building strong customer relationships, developing valuable service offerings, and driving great efficiency within the organizations he has previously led. We're very excited about what he brings to Affinity."

Before joining Strand Life Sciences, Storrer was president and CEO of Genomind, a personalized medicine company, and CEO of Medecision, a population health-management solutions company. He previously held several leadership positions with Cardinal Health, where he advanced to group president of Cardinal's $81 billion pharmaceutical segment. Earlier in his career, Storrer was executive vice president, service and information technology with CIGNA Corp.

An economics major at DePauw, Scott Storrer earned an M.B.A. from Boston University.
