Campus event requests, small or large, start with with The Office of Campus Event Services

Services provided

  • Identifying a date for your event that does not conflict with previously scheduled events or major campus-wide activities.

  • Finding an appropriate location for your event based on the nature of your activities and reviewing venue availability.

  • The creation of detailed diagrams for your event(s) to establish set-up possibilities.

  • The submission of set-up details to The Office of Facilities Management on your behalf.  Please note that event set-up requests submitted directly to The Office of Facilities Management will be canceled and notification to the requester will be provided, directing them to The Office of Campus Event Services.
