Facilities Management welcomes the opportunity to serve the needs of our students, faculty, and staff via our web-based work order system. The work orders system allows users to both submit and query work requests.
What happens next …
Once you submit a Request it is received by the Facilities Management office staff. Our staff reviews the request making sure all pertinent information has been provided. The request is then forwarded to the appropriate department for review to be managed.
When a Request has been accepted it becomes a work order that is assigned a Work Order Number (FM-12345). You will receive an email notifying you of the status of your request (accepted or rejected). If a work order has been rejected, a response stating the reason will be noted.
Double right arrows (>>) are used throughout the system to display other options. The BACK arrow on your browser will allow you to return to the previous screen.
Please take advantage of the system to provide us with your request, so we may keep our buildings/rooms maintained. If you need assistance, please call Facilities Management at extension 4233.
