Student Representatives are to represent the diverse and comprehensive needs of the student body by facilitating discussion among and between student leaders, administrators, and faculty. The Reps also represent the needs, desires, and voices of the student organizations, and will pass legislation to fulfill these needs and desires in keeping with the current direction of DSG. Reps shall collaborate with the Student Senate in order to achieve the goals of DSG.
The Representative Chamber of DePauw Student Government meets every Sunday, with the exception of nights with Assembly, at 8 p.m. in Julian 147.
The Representative Chamber recently passed a Re-recognition Manual that determines procedure for Re-Recognition.
For Example: If an organization lost recognition at a monthly Assembly meeting due to an assembly member not attending, their opportunity to become recognized again is Sunday, Feb. 17th at 8p.m. in Julian 147, otherwise, they must wait until next semester.
