Introduction
|
Cyberviser is an on-line advice
service supported by the staff at DePauw Counseling Services.
We invite students, parents, faculty and staff to post mental health
questions and we will do our best to answer them. You might be
wondering how to help a friend, how to cope with something that is happening
in your life; you could have concerns about certain eating or drinking
behaviors; you might want advice about a dating relationship you are
in; or, you might want to find out about on- or off-campus resources
to help you manage better. Cyberviser can help you obtain answers
to these questions and many more. This service offers anonymity to
those posting questions. Each week, one question will be answered.
Counseling staff will select questions that seem most helpful to the
DePauw community.
If you want to make an appointment,
please call Counseling Services at x4268. If you are in crisis,
call Counseling Services or Public Safety (x4261) immediately.
Please do not use other people’s names in the questions you post.
Please feel free to browse
through our archives of past questions and answers!
