DePauw University College Democrats is open to everyone. We participate in local elections, help at democratic campaigns, co-sponsor pizza and politics bi-weekly with College Republicans, etc.
 

The purpose of the College Democrats shall be to stimulate political thought and activity among the students of DePauw, promote interest in governmental affairs, and advance the progressive ideals and principles of the Democratic Party of the United States as defined by the most recent Democratic National Convention. The College Democrats shall do so by brining speakers to campus, assisting members in finding political experiences, encouraging liberal political involvement, assisting in the election of local, state and national Democratic candidates, providing a forum for discussion, and hosting various events during the semester.
