Regular Registration: $20

Late Registration: $25 starting March 24th and ending April 4th

T-Shirts: Sizes S,M,L and XL $10 and sizes XXL and XXXL $12

How to Register:

To register online, go to http://www.apor6.org and click on the 31/46 Indiana Bi-Sectionals link.

You will need to set up an account on the Region 6 website if you do not have one already. It takes just a minute and you will be able to register using the Region 6 conference registration system.

To register through the mail, download and complete this registration form. Send the completed form and your check to the address at the bottom of the page.

The date of registration via paper registration will be determined by both the date written on the form and the postmark date. If there is a conflict, the Conference Committe will default to the postmark date.

 
How to Pay:

Please pay before arriving at the Conference. If registration and t-shirt fees are not paid before arriving at Conference, you will automatically be charged the late registration fee. Please allow sufficient time for your check to reach us in the mail.

To pay, please make checks payable to Alpha Phi Omega of DePauw, and write your name and chapter letters on the memo line. Please mail checks to:

Submit Photos of You and Your Chapter for the Banquet Slide-Show!!!

Chapters are encouraged to submit whatever photographs (prints, negatives, or electronic) of the chapter members engaged in Fellowship, Friendship and Service they want to have included in the slide-show and share with their brothers across the section.

Note that electronic images have to be of decent resolution to be projected (images off Facebook will NOT work unfortunately). Images can be emailed to John Havron at havronjh@aol.com or if they have lots of digital images burn a CD and mail it to him at John Havron, 5310 Hames Trace, Apt 215, Louisville, KY 40291-2014.
